Two splotches wandering through an abstract landscape.

Coincidentally, this is also a perfect picture for this week's Illustration Friday Topic of "Theater".

What are splotches?

They are wonderful abstract creatures by Steve Loya.

Steve is making them available for free. You can download them, draw on them, paint on them, use them in collage ...etc.

I have picked these expressive actors to perform on my abstract theatrical stage.

You can add make up, costumes, ... to complete the production.

There are already 100 splotches to choose from. Go over to Steve's site to check them out.

Also, check out Steve's rendition of this scene. This is great collaboration!

Looking for places for the splotches to play in, consider my abstract landscapes. They are free too.
